		<description>Same thing happened to me... the crack now stretches halfway across my windshield.  Luckily it is on the passenger side so it doesn&#039;t bother me.
The real problem is the ridiculous number of trucks hauling dirt and pebbles around the great Puget Sound area.  I&#039;ve never seen anything like it anywhere else.</description>

The windshield is covered under comprehensive insurance, but you likely have a $500 deductible. I&#039;d guess your screen costs about $250. Mine costs $460. :(

BTW, you shouldn&#039;t ever tint your windshield! It&#039;s illegal in most states.</description>
