so if you got a new wii, can you cut up the old wii’s connector in the back and solder your own component HD setup to it so you don’t have to use paperclips this time?

I got a real HD cable from nintendo.com this time (they have them in stock again finally), so no paperclips this time

What did you do with your old Wii? Is it Wiily gone for good?

I still have it. I’ll either use it for spare parts or maybe send it to my brother if I can get the composite out to work (though I think he does not have a TV, so maybe that wouldn’t work).
