It also says that green eyes are the rarest (2%), so yeah if you switch to green eyes you might be even more striking than usual. Green really surprises me, the more I think about it, because it's sort of not supposed to happen. Blue and brown have specific alleles, but green doesn't. I'm pretty sure you can only get green eyes if you have the recessive alleles (blue), but I could be wrong. And yeah, eye color can easily change, which is also strange. A lot like hair color changes with age. I have to get contacts/glasses soon, unfortunately, but I was thinking of going green for a change. Might be sort of striking, who knows.
