I just purchased an HP MediaSmart Server and enjoyed finding your article about upgrading the ram.  I tried and got stuck.  I was able to pull off the small black ventilated piece and then I removed the 2 silver screws on the motherboard, but the board will not budge.

Any other photos or suggestions.
