ICP213R.809 = base 30.. still not sure what .809 is gotta be some reference to after midnight im guessing, but still not sure

then 0000000000013433905017 is number of seconds

we&#039;re trying to work on a program to convert from a spss portable file to the format we use at work... pain in the butt.</description>
